Airport Check In

The check in areas at both the North and South Terminal are easy to find. When you arrive at the airport you will find information in on your check-in desk on the flight information screens.

Check-in for long haul flights open four hours before the scheduled departure. Flights to Europe open 3 hours before departure and Domestic UK flights open 2 hours before departure.

When you check in desk is opened save time by having your passport and tickets ready and make sure you hand luggage contains valuables needed for your journey.

Once you have checked in you can go to the departure lounge were you can browse the shops, have something to eat in the cafes and bars or chill out and relax before your journey.

The information screens in the departure lounge will keep you informed of boarding times and gate numbers, you should expect boarding for your flight to be called 45 minutes before your flight is due to depart.
