CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

COMMENTS: A 20.00gbp Deposit per room will be taken at the point of booking, should you wish to cancel prior to 48hrs of stay a refund will be made less a 3.00gbp admin fee

Directions
m25 to Exit 7 where you join the m23 for Gatwick. Turn off the m23 at exit 9, then follow signs to Gatwick. At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit, signposted to Redhill and Crawley. At the following roundabout take the 3rd exit for the a23 towards Redhill. Turn off the a23 at the first set of traffic lights, turning right into Massetts Road. Springwood Guest House is approximately 200 yards on the left.
