CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. COMMENTS: Reservations: The hotel gladly accept reservations by telephone providing a major credit card is used to guarantee the room. Alternatively, a written confirmation together with a 100 GBP deposit is requested. Dining Room Should you require a table in the restaurant, please book in order to avoid disappointment as our restaurant is very popular. Credit Cards and Cheques All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques are accepted with a bank guarantee card. Helicopters Can be put down in a field at the bottom of the drive with permission. Parking Overnight parking is available for guests staying at the hotel or visiting our restaurant. Langshott manor does not accept liability for guests vehicles or property left on the premises.

CHILD POLICY: Children under the age of 2 years of age are free. Children are charged as adults from the age of 12. Please Note: Cots are charged as extra at 10 GBP each. Z beds are available at 25 GBP each.

Directions
From M25 Junction 7, take M23 and exit Junction 9 signposted Gatwick. At the North Terminal roundabout, take the third exit signposted to A23, then turn right at the Moat House Hotel roundabout, following signs for A23 (Brighton Road) to Horley and Redhill.
